Colored honey patches fill the hex board. Bears are territorial — place exactly one in each patch so no two share a comb lane in any of the three directions. Grab a patch, and that bear’s sightlines stay empty. The HUD keeps both rules in view while you think.

Claw what doesn’t fit
Tap or swipe to claw-mark cells that can’t hold a bear — lanes already claimed, or patches that already have their resident. Claw marks are free; wrong bears cost hearts. Deduce your way through; don’t guess.

Teaching hints escalate from a gentle point to a clear explanation — then Show if you need it. Reveal places a high-impact bear and claws its three lanes, so you see how territory clears the board.
