Blackjack Coach! ("the app") is published by Suena Interactive LLC. It is a practice blackjack strategy trainer for iPhone and iPad. This policy describes what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What stays on your device
- Bankroll, hand history, coach debrief records, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- We do not operate a user account system.
- Uninstalling the app removes this local data from your device.
iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, bankroll, hand history, and progress are stored
in your private iCloud container (iCloud.suena.blackjack-coach) and can
sync across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account. We do not receive
or host this data on our servers.
Game Center
Optional Game Center integration reports achievements and leaderboard scores to Apple using your Game Center player ID. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Analytics
The app records anonymous usage events (for example: hands played, features opened, purchases started) using a random install identifier on your device.
In release builds, these events are also sent to Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand which features are used so we can improve the app.
We do not send your hole cards, dealer cards, or precise bankroll amounts in analytics events.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show interstitial ads between sessions (unless you have purchased Remove Ads) and optional rewarded video ads that grant free practice chips if you choose to watch.
AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers. See Google's Privacy Policy.
On iPhone and iPad, you may see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized across apps and websites. If you decline, you can still use the app; ads may be less personalized.
In-app purchases
- Chip packs and Remove Ads are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details.
- Remove Ads turns off interstitial ads between sessions.
- Optional rewarded ads for free chips remain available unless you choose not to use them.
Data sharing
Analytics (Firebase) and advertising partners (Google AdMob) may process data as described above to provide their services. Apple processes Game Center and iCloud data as described in Apple's policies. We do not sell your personal information.
How to delete your data
Blackjack Coach! does not create an account or store your gameplay on our servers. To delete the data stored by the app on your device, uninstall Blackjack Coach! Uninstalling removes bankroll, hand history, settings, and other local app data.
If iCloud sync was enabled, you may also remove app data from iCloud in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. Analytics and advertising partners may retain limited technical or advertising data according to their own policies. Your choices
- Decline App Tracking Transparency (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Disable iCloud sync in the app Settings.
- Purchase Remove Ads to hide interstitial ads between sessions.
- Rewarded ads for free chips are always optional.
- Uninstall the app to delete all locally stored gameplay data.
Children
Blackjack Coach! is not directed at children under 18.
