Common questions
- Is this real-money gambling?
- No. All chips are virtual practice currency. You cannot win or lose real money.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Your bankroll, hand history, and settings are saved on your device. Optional iCloud sync can mirror progress across your Apple devices.
- What game modes are included?
- Classic Blackjack, Free Bet Blackjack, Spanish 21, and Double Down Madness — each with its own strategy coach.
- How do free chips work?
- Every 4 hours you can claim a free chip refill from the lobby. The refill is added on top of your current bankroll. If you have not claimed a previous refill yet, a new one will not start until you claim it.
- What is the daily bonus?
- Once per calendar day you can claim a daily login bonus from the lobby. Streak milestones at 7, 14, and 30 days grant extra chips.
- Can I watch ads for chips?
- Yes. Optional rewarded video ads can grant free practice chips. You choose when to watch.
- What are in-app purchases?
- You can buy chip packs or purchase Remove Ads. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your card details.
- What does Remove Ads do?
- Remove Ads turns off full-screen ads shown between sessions. Optional rewarded ads for free chips remain available if you choose to use them.
- How does iCloud sync work?
- When enabled in Settings, bankroll, hand history, and progress can sync across your iPhone and iPad signed into the same iCloud account. Data stays in your private iCloud container — we do not operate a login system.
- How do I delete my data?
- Uninstall the app. Blackjack Coach! does not use accounts, so uninstalling removes all local gameplay data from your device. To remove iCloud data, disable sync in Settings before uninstalling, or delete app data from iCloud in iOS Settings.
