Hold'em Coach ("the app") is published by Suena Interactive LLC. It is a practice trainer for Ultimate Texas Hold'em on iOS and Android. This policy describes what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What stays on your device
- Bankroll, hand history, coach debrief records, settings, and local star totals are stored on your device.
- You do not need an email, password, or Apple/Google sign-in to play.
- Uninstalling the app removes this local data from your device.
Today’s Leaderboard & profile
Today’s Leaderboard (Daily Stars) is an optional daily competition. When you use it, the app may create an anonymous identifier via Google Firebase Auth and sync limited data with Google Cloud Firestore so rankings and top-3 rewards can work across players.
Cloud data for this feature may include:
- A display name you choose (shown on the shared board)
- Avatar and background catalog IDs (not photo uploads)
- Your star total for each leaderboard day, and when it last updated
- An install identifier and optional rank-badge metadata
We do not upload hole cards, dealer cards, hand history, or precise bankroll amounts for the leaderboard. Other players can see your display name, avatar look, and star rank on the board. You can change your display name and look anytime in the app profile editor.
Analytics
The app records anonymous usage events (for example: hands played, features opened, purchases started) using a random install identifier on your device.
In release builds, these events are also sent to Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand which features are used so we can improve the app.
We do not send hole cards, dealer cards, or precise bankroll amounts in analytics events.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show interstitial ads after you cash out of a session (unless you have purchased Remove Ads or have an active Coach+ membership) and optional rewarded video ads that grant free chips if you choose to watch.
AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers. See Google's Privacy Policy.
On iPhone, you may see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized across apps and websites. If you decline, you can still use the app; ads may be less personalized. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings.
In-app purchases & subscriptions
- Chip packs and Remove Ads are one-time purchases processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never receive your payment card details.
- Remove Ads turns off interstitial ads after cash-out for the life of that purchase.
- Coach+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple on iOS or Google Play on Android (monthly or yearly), offered with a free trial for new subscribers. While active, it grants daily practice chips and turns off interstitial ads. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of a free trial) and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel Coach+ in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or via Manage in the app. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Practice chips already credited to your bankroll remain after cancel.
- Optional rewarded ads for free chips remain available unless you choose not to use them.
Data sharing
Google Firebase (Analytics, anonymous Auth, and Firestore) and advertising partners (Google AdMob) may process data as described above to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.
How to delete your data
To delete bankroll, hand history, settings, and other data stored on your device, uninstall Hold'em Coach.
Uninstalling does not automatically erase Today’s Leaderboard profile or past board entries stored in Firestore. To request deletion of that cloud data, email hello@suenainteractive.com and we will help. Analytics and advertising partners may retain limited technical or advertising data according to their own policies.
Your choices
- Decline App Tracking Transparency on iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Limit advertising ID use in Android system settings.
- Change or clear your display name and avatar look in the in-app profile editor.
- Purchase Remove Ads to hide interstitial ads after cash-out for life.
- Subscribe to Coach+ for daily practice chips and no interstitial ads while membership is active.
- Manage or cancel Coach+ in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Rewarded ads for free chips are always optional.
- Uninstall the app to delete locally stored gameplay data; email us to request deletion of leaderboard/profile cloud data.
Children
Hold'em Coach is not directed at children under 18.

Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
