Common questions
- Is this real-money gambling?
- No. All chips are virtual. You cannot win or lose real money.
- Do I need an account?
- No email or password sign-in is required. Bankroll, hand history, and settings stay on your device. Today’s Leaderboard uses an anonymous identifier in the background so your display profile and daily stars can sync; you never create a traditional login.
- What is Today’s Leaderboard?
- Match the coach to earn stars (Daily Stars). Big made hands can add bonus stars when you also win the hand. Your day’s total ranks on a shared board with other players. Top 3 can claim practice-chip rewards and a short-lived rank badge after the day ends. Open it from the ★ pill on the lobby or from the casino menu at the table. The board resets around 08:00 UTC each day (not midnight local time).
- How do profiles work?
- Choose a display name, avatar, and background in the profile editor (shown when you first join the leaderboard, and anytime from the board). Other players see your name and look on the shared board. We do not ask for your real name or email for this.
- How do free chips work?
- Every 4 hours you can claim a free chip refill from the home screen. The refill is added on top of your current bankroll. If you have not claimed a previous refill yet, a new one will not start until you claim it.
- What is the daily bonus?
- Once per calendar day you can claim a daily login bonus of 2,000 chips from the home screen.
- Can I watch ads for chips?
- Yes. Optional rewarded video ads can grant free chips. You choose when to watch.
- What are in-app purchases?
- You can buy chip packs or purchase Remove Ads (one-time). Payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not receive your card details. You can also subscribe to Coach+ on either platform (see below).
- What does Remove Ads do?
- Remove Ads turns off full-screen ads shown after you cash out of a session for the life of that purchase. Optional rewarded ads for free chips remain available if you choose to use them. Coach+ also suppresses interstitials while the membership is active.
- What is Coach+?
- Coach+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription on iOS and Android (monthly or yearly) with a free trial for new subscribers. While subscribed you get 50,000 practice chips every local calendar day (unused days stack and credit on next launch) and no interstitial ads. All gameplay, coach, Academy, and Insights features stay free without Coach+. Chip packs and lifetime Remove Ads remain available. Subscribe from Chip Shop → Best Value.
- How do I cancel Coach+?

iOS: Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Coach+ → Cancel
Subscription, or use Manage from the Coach+ status row in the app.
Android: Open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Coach+ → Cancel, or use Manage from the Coach+ status row in the app.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Chips already credited stay in your bankroll after cancel; interstitial ads return unless you own Remove Ads. - How do I change the coach strategy?
- Open Settings (gear on the home screen) → Coach strategy → choose UTH Basic Strategy or Disciplined Strategy.
- How do I delete my data?
- Uninstall the app to remove bankroll, hand history, settings, and other local data. Leaderboard profile and past board entries stored in the cloud are not erased by uninstall alone — email hello@suenainteractive.com to request deletion of that data, or if you have questions about analytics or advertising partners.
